1) The text under my What to Expect video repeats my main points to make sure you understand how this retreat works. 

2) Visit Prayer Tools: Getting Ready to Begin. Pray with the guided audio prayer reflection and pray the “Take Lord, Receive” prayer. 

3) Tomorrow, you will receive the link to access the first week of the retreat. You can also log directly into Teachable to access the content.
