Jesus,

Ready my heart to receive You.

Open my eyes to see You.

Prepare my ears to hear You.

May my heart meet Yours.

May my eyes see with Yours.

May my ears hear with Yours.

May the birthing of Your light 

   Remind me I am not alone and that I am fully seen.

Let my heart leap with joy

   As Your generous promises become my firm foundation of hope.

Ready me, open me, prepare me to receive the Light of Christ.
