For the last 20 years, Chris & I begin each year with an intentional discernment and planning process that aligns our core values and goals with God’s vision for our lives. In 2021, we started teaching others our tried-and-true process through a live virtual evening of reflection and later through an on-demand retreat. This year, as we lean into our mission of accompaniment, we’re expanding our offering and going deeper together with our four-week program, Living with Christ: An Ignatian Discernment Process for Intentional Living.
Going Deeper Together
We will share not only the tools and techniques we refined in our own annual practice, but also accompany you deeper in your faith. Each week we will give you time and space between sessions to pray, to listen, and to plan with Christ. During the four 90-minute live virtual sessions, we will help you put together an intentional and prayerful plan for the year rooted in your core values and the desires Christ has for you. Go forward with boldness and peace, integrating Christ’s vision for you into your everyday life!

Starting January 26 and running four consecutive Thursdays, each session will run from 12pm – 1:30pm Central Standard Time. Join live via Zoom or receive the recording to watch on your own time! All registrants receive weekly handouts, a daily prayer guide, and weekly activities for planning with Christ.

Your Facilitators
Becky Eldredge is an Ignatian-trained spiritual director, retreat facilitator, writer, and founder of Ignatian Ministries. She is the author of Busy Lives & Restless Souls (2017) and The Inner Chapel: Embracing the Promises of God (2020). Becky holds an M.P.S. from Loyola University in New Orleans and leads a ministry that offers spiritual direction, resources, and retreats (virtual and in-person) rooted in the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius. Chris Eldredge is an executive operations and project management leader with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, leadership, and process improvement. He has experience in healthcare, higher education, training and development, information technology and financial services. Chris enthusiastically supports Becky’s ministry by managing accounting, budget, operations, technology, and anything else she needs help with! He enjoys life with Becky in Baton Rouge, LA, with their three kids.
